Method
- Press the tofu
- Crumble tofu and chop onions.
- Finely puree or add chipotle peppers to a mini food processor.
- Add the tofu and the onions to the skillet and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add spices, tomato sauce, chipotle peppers, and lime into the skillet. Cook another 2 minutes.

Serve in taco shells or mini tortillas. Top with your favorite taco toppings,
