Ingredients
  

Seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
  • 4 gram Granulated Flavor Bouillon powder
Added later
  • 3 g cornstarch
  • 120 g water

Method
 

  1. Mix all seasonings together
  2. Add seasoning to the browned meat, along with 90-120 gram water. If necessary, add 3 gram cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  3. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
