Method
- In a blender, food processor, or immersion blender: combine all ingredients except 20 grams/ml of the milk and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mix to the container.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- When ready, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
- After the cycle is done, take it out of the container and add the remaining 20 grams/ml of milk.
- Now use the respin setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine. You may have to respin it twice depending on how frozen the base is.
