Ingredients
Method
- Chop mushrooms very finely by hand or in a food processor.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Saute the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, and set aside to let cool.
- Once cooled, mix mushrooms into the ground beef with the spices.
- Shape into four patties.
Fry in a pan over medium-high heat flipping halfway through the cook time:
- Medium (pink in the middle): 7-8 minutes total
- Medium Well (smidge of pink in the middle): 9 minutes total
- Well Done (no pink): 10 minutes total
