- Place chicken breast in a single layer in the slow cooker.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Coat the chicken with the sauce using a pastry brush.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
- Squeeze over lime juice.
- Serve! Make it a Seoul Bowl, serve over a salad, or with potatoes and steamed vegetables.
