Eggwhite
- Microwave:Pour the egg white into a microwave-safe dish that is the same size as the muffin. Add salt and pepper if you want. Microwave for 30-90 seconds depending on your microwave.Pan-frySpray nonstick in a pan over medium-high heat. Place an egg ring into the pan and pour in the egg white. Add a tablespoon of water to the pan, cover, and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Toast the muffin.
- Assemble the muffin with egg white and cheese

Serve with a cup of soup or salad. Goes well with sliced tomato and a bit butter as well.
You can also use a bagel thin, sandwich thin, or bread instead of a muffin.
