Method
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites with seasonings until frothy.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Optional: Add the vegetables and sauté for 5-6 minutes. If using frozen vegetables, they may need a longer time.
- Pour egg whites over the veggies and tilt the pan until it has spread all around.
- Turn the heat to low.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until the egg has turned white.
- Lift one side over the other and let cook for another minute.
