Feel free to add other vegetables to this slaw such as green onions or carrot.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gram Cabbage - Red Raw
  • 25 gram Red onion
  • 45 gram/ml White Distilled Vinegar
  • 6 gram Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice cabbage, and onion
  2. Mix everything together in a bowl
  3. Let rest 15 minutes before serving
