Method
- Combine spices and water with shrimp, and let marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
- Spray with cooking spray and add the shrimp. Cook until they are done, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Be careful to not overcook them as shrimp cook quickly. They will turn pink and form a loose C shape when they are done. If they start curling to a tighter O shape they are overcooked.
- Serve in taco shells, tortillas, pita bread, or over a salad. Top with your favorite taco toppings, see the bottom of this recipe for ideas. In the photo, they are topped with a Coleslaw Mix (see recipe here) and Cilantro Lime Dressing (see recipe here)
