Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram Red cabbage
  • 25 gram Red Onion
  • 50 gram Carrot
  • 4 gram Cilantro
  • 30 ml/gram Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 gram Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Spice Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Hot Sauce

Method
 

Instructions:
    Prepare the Vegetables:
    1. Thinly slice the red cabbage.
    2. Thinly slice the red onion.
    3. Grate the carrot.
    4. Chop the cilantro.
    Make the Dressing:
    1. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, minced garlic, honey, oregano, cumin, and hot sauce. Mix well to combine.
    Combine Ingredients:
    1. In a large bowl, add the sliced red cabbage, red onion, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.
    2. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
    Toss the Slaw:
    1. Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
    Chill and Serve:
    1. Let the slaw sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
