Oven Roasted Salmon

This is the best way to cook salmon. No oil is needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 226 gram Atlantic Salmon
Sauce/Marinade
  • 30 gram/ml water
  • 12 gram/ml Lemon juice 12 gram
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley any other fresh herbs you have on hand
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil, dried Can also be changed with dill, tarragon, or rosemary
  • 2 gram Salt
  • 1 gram Black pepper Equals 0.5 tsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh herb
  3. Combine the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl
  4. Place the salmon on aluminum foil that is large enough to cover the salmon and seal it
  5. Pour over the marinade on both sides of the salmon
  6. Fold the seal up to cover the salmon
  7. Place the foils on a baking safe dish or a baking sheet
  8. Bake in the oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25 to 35 minutes. Depending on the thickness off your salmon fillets
