Peanut Butter Cookies From Powdered Peanut Butter

An all-time favorite low-calorie cookie. Easy to make and only requires a few ingredients.

Powdered Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 6 giant or 14 regular-sized cookies
Servings: 14 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 48 gram Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 15 gram Monk Fruit Sweetener or any other sweetener. If you like sweet cookies: double this and use 30 grams instead.
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 25 gram Water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Combine ingredients, make sure to use fresh baking powder. Depending on your powdered peanut butter you might have to use more or less water so add it in increments.
  4. Spread each cookie thin on the baking tray using a full teaspoon of batter for each.
  5. Bake in oven 10-12 minutes

Notes

When you take them out of the oven they will be soft so let cool before eating.
