An all-time favorite low-calorie cookie. Easy to make and only requires a few ingredients.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Combine ingredients, make sure to use fresh baking powder. Depending on your powdered peanut butter you might have to use more or less water so add it in increments.
- Spread each cookie thin on the baking tray using a full teaspoon of batter for each.
- Bake in oven 10-12 minutes
