  • 3 gram Molasses 12 calories
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 calories
  • 0.12 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cloves ground
  • 0.06 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, water, spices, and molasses in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
