  • 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
  • 70 gram Frozen berries 25 calories (Kirkland Frozen Strawberries)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon optional 2 calories
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional 3 calories

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, water, and frozen berries in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
