I love Better Oats Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar but it never fills me up. So I've experimented with multiple maple oatmeals to create one similar in flavor but more filling 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 calories
  • 0.5 teaspoon Maple Extract 5 calories

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, water, cinnamon, maple extract, and cinnamon in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.

  3. Serve with your favorite toppings such as brown sugar, chopped pecans, banana,  fresh berries like strawberries or raspberries.
