This is one of my all-time favorite Oatmeal recipes. Oatmeal is a great breakfast or lunch because it has a low glycemic index, which helps to maintain glucose levels.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
  • 14 gram Instant Pudding Cheesecake, Fat & Sugar Free 44 calories

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, water, and Instant Pudding powder in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
