Ingredients
  

  • 30 g Egg whites 16 calories
  • 15 g All-Purpose Flourr 55 calories
  • 5 g Psyllium Husk Powder 15 calories
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking Powder

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, add water in increments of 1 tablespoon until you get a pancake / crepe-like batterĀ 
  2. Heat a big non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter in and pan-fry like a pancake.
  4. Place on a parchment paper covered cooking sheet and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
  5. Bake in preheated oven to 425 F until your toppings are ready

Notes

You can use any type of fiber instead of psyllium husk
