Method
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, add water in increments of 1 tablespoon until you get a pancake / crepe-like batterĀ
- Heat a big non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter in and pan-fry like a pancake.
- Place on a parchment paper covered cooking sheet and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
- Bake in preheated oven to 425 F until your toppings are ready
Notes
You can use any type of fiber instead of psyllium husk
