A delicious way to flavor your precooked shrimp.

Ingredients
  

  • 170 gram Cooked Shrimp Tail Off
  • 15 ml/gram Soy Sauce 15 ml
  • 10 ml/gram Rice vinegar
  • 5 ml/gram Lemon Juice
  • 2 gram Sesame Oil
  • 15 gram Scallion
  • 2 gram Cilantro

Method
 

  1. Chop cilantro and scallions. Mix together with all ingredients except shrimp. 
  2. Coat precooked shrimp in marinade and let stand in the fridge at least for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Serve in a salad, on lettuce leaves, with pasta, or on skewers.
