Method
- Chop onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic.
- In a non-stick skillet brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add bell pepper when it is 2 minutes left.
- Stir in the spices, canned tomato, water, and tomato sauce.
- Let simmer for 20 minutes. For a thicker chili, add a tablespoon of cornstarch, Mix cornstarch with a bit of cold water making sure there are no lumps. Stir it into the chili.
