Method
- Place veggies in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You can also do this by hand. If there is too much liquid, drain the excess in a coriander.
- Mix greek yogurt, veggies, paprika, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
