Ingredients
  

  • 120 gram greek yogurt 0% 64 calories
  • 25 gram tomato 5 calories
  • 15 gram onion 6 calories
  • 10 gram bell pepper, green 2 calories
  • 7 gram jalapeƱo 2 calories
  • 0.5 clove garlic
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash salt

Method
 

  1. Place veggies in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You can also do this by hand. If there is too much liquid, drain the excess in a coriander.
  2. Mix greek yogurt, veggies, paprika, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
