Roasted Salt & Vinegar Cauliflower “Chips”

Ingredients
  

  • 290 gram cauliflower
  • 2 gram oil
  • 1 tablespoon white Vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Chop cauliflower into the desired size and add to a bowl. Pour over the vinegar, oil, and salt. Toss to mix.
  3. Lay the cauliflower on a parchment or foil-covered baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they start to brown.
  4. Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
